To establish new utility services, please visit City Hall at 22647 Racine Street, Robertsdale.

Billing Inquiries: For questions about your utility bill, please call 251-947-8905.

Report a Problem or Outage: Call 251-947-8950 during business hours (M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) or 251-947-2222 after hours.

Important: Before completing the utility application, please call or visit the office to confirm that the desired service is available at your location.

UTILITY BILLING

Utility bills are mailed by the last business day of each month and are due by the close of business on the 15th of the following month.

• Late payments after the 15th will incur a fee of $10.00 or 2.5% of the bill, whichever is greater.
• Accounts not paid in full by the 25th of each month will be subject to service disconnection. A nonpayment fee of $50.00 will apply.
• Please note: Checks for utility bills will not be accepted after the 24th of each month.
