To inquire about zoning within city limits, complete the Zoning Verification Form and email it to Kate Whalley. Zoning inquiries must be in writing.

Use the Baldwin County Parcel Viewer to verify if your property is within Robertsdale city limits by selecting "City Limits" in the filter options.

Comprehensive Plan Update

The City of Robertsdale is updating its Comprehensive Plan — a roadmap for future land use, development, housing, infrastructure, public spaces, and transportation.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission reviews subdivision proposals, rezoning, and annexation requests. Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. Agendas are posted on the City Calendar the Friday before each meeting. For agenda requests or to receive packets by email, contact Kate Whalley at 251-947-2466.

Zoning Board of Adjustments

The Board reviews Variances, Special Exceptions, and Administrative Appeals. Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. For agenda items or to join the email distribution list, contact Kate Whalley.
