has the following position available:

 PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE/UTILITY CLERK

The customer service/utility clerk is responsible for collecting and posting utility payments, assisting customers in establishing new utility accounts, receipting miscellaneous receivables, balancing cash drawer daily, assisting customers with billing inquiries, and collecting returned checks and delinquent utility accounts.

The successful applicant must be a high school graduate, with at least two years of customer service experience.   1-3 years of bank teller, cashier, or collections experience preferred.  Computer skills and experience required.  Strong customer service skills with ability to handle difficult situations is required.

Candidate must be available to work flexible hours (30 hours per week, M-F). Pay range for this part-time position is $12-$14 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
